天美传媒 Council鈥檚 Cabinet has today adopted a scheme which will see eligible retail, leisure and hospitality businesses receive a 75% discount on their business rates for this financial year.
All councils are provided with funding from Welsh Government to decide if they wish to offer the scheme in their areas. 天美传媒 has been allocated 拢1.8million to be able to offer the scheme this year.
Leader of 天美传媒 Council, Cllr Steve Thomas says:
鈥淭his scheme has had a positive impact in 天美传媒 over the past few years, and this year sees a generous offering with a reduction of 75% for qualifying businesses. The scheme is aimed at helping those businesses that were hit hardest by the Pandemic and are still working hard to fully recover. Also, in the current financial climate where the cost of running a business is escalating, we are pleased to be able to offer this support.
