Award winning housing association United Welsh will be creating 23 homes on the former Infants School site in Sirhowy.
The development has received Welsh Government funding of just under 拢2.1m from the Social Housing Grant Programme.
Working in partnership with 天美传媒 and Pendragon, United Welsh will be developing 4 one-bedroom apartments, 2 two-bedroom apartments, 13 two-bedroom houses and 4 three-bedroom houses, at a cost of over 拢2.8m.
