鈥楶roud Councils鈥� brings together the majority of councils in South Wales in a visible and unified way, to support and promote equality for LGBTQ+ communities.
This year will see 天美传媒 join Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr, Cardiff, Newport, Caerphilly, Torfaen and Bridgend to actively take part in the event.
On Saturday, 24th August 鈥楶roud Councils鈥� will be taking part in the Pride Cymru Parade through Cardiff city centre, which will see LGBTQ+ staff, supporters, councillors and associated community groups march together to visibly show each council's commitment and support of the LGBTQ+ community in Wales and around the world.
鈥楶roud Councils鈥� will also have a stall at Pride Cymru鈥檚 Big Weekend on the 24th and 25th August, talking with visitors to discuss how councils can improve upon service delivery, access and inclusion, and prevent discrimination for LGBTQ+ residents and employees, as well as signposting to services offered by councils and partners.

鈥淲e are committed to ensuring that members of the LGBTQ+ community here in 天美传媒 are treated equally and have the same opportunities as everyone else. We are delighted to be working as part of 鈥楶roud Councils鈥� in South Wales to have a presence at this important event to highlight the steadfast commitment our councils have to promoting respect and diversity in our communities. Welsh public services are working to deliver for everyone, regardless of race, sexuality, gender identity, age, disability or religion.
鈥淲e will also be proudly flying the LGBTQ+ flag outside the Civic Centre in Ebbw Vale this weekend.鈥�
