An Aspire 天美传媒 apprentice has recently won a prestigious Welsh skills competition. Macaulay Webber, an Information Technology apprentice has been hosted with PCI Pharma Services since November 2016 through the Aspire programme was presented with the award at a recent ceremony held in Cardiff.

Macaulay said:
