The hubs are located centrally in local libraries managed by Aneurin Leisure Trust and provide advice and information on a range of Council services.

Abertillery Hub -
Abertillery Community Hub is moving! The Hub, where people can access a range of Council services face-to-face, will be at the heart of the town centre in Trinity Chapel, Church Street, from Tuesday, 17th September.
Trinity Chapel will also house a new library and Community Education Centre managed by Aneurin Leisure Trust.
The Hub will be closed for a short period for the move to take place. It will close at 5pm on Friday, 30th August until its re-opening in mid-September.

- Apply for a Blue Badge.
- Pick up battery recycling bags and food waste bags
- Report Highways and street lighting queries
- Report Waste and Recycling queries
- Make Council payments -Card payments only
